Our room was very clean, service was excellent, and the location is close to where we were visiting. Price was reasonable and overall we were pleased with our stay. If you are planning on staying in the area, I highly recommend the Royal Budget Inn.

I don't usually leave reviews but the man that owns and runs this place is so nice and the rooms are very clean. Great location and value. Will stay here again.

Perfect base for visiting/exploring Miami. Great service. Great value for money. Helpful staff. All of the room doors are external, leading to a quaint courtyard that is surprisingly well maintained. It’s a nice touch that we were not expecting. Plenary of a food outlets close by, will a Pollo Tropical being the closest, just across the busy road.

Lovely!!! I imagine Something not so great at 1 time turned into an awesome tidy warm and cozy and cute little place that makes you feel right at home or better. Roomy clean and efficient. Also newly remodeled and friendly service.

This was a very nice and surprising place to stay. Looks are deceiving based on the area but is was very nice. Rooms were clean,cool, and decorated very nicely. The courtyard is very beautiful, although the parking could be a booger if your not an experienced driver. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend this location

We booked here but unfortunately due to a family death our plans changed and we could not stay after all. The hotel owner was very understanding of our situation and helped us get a refund since we had to cancel. We were looking forward to staying here and will book here in the future when we go to Miami.

The staff were all super friendly ( especially the owner ) and accommodating! Plus the rooms were pretty big and the showers have really good pressure and never ending hot water! Plus you can park really close and it’s within walking distance of lots of restaurants and stores! :)

Everyone on staff is very polite. They have someone on staff 24 hours like it says online which never happens. And even while we had a late checkout do to over sleeping they where very polite and didn’t rush us out!! I will always stay here now every time we visit Miami!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
